Terms and Conditions

RETURNS

We accept returns of our vases. To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will process the refund accordingly.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your vase arrives damaged or broken, you may request a replacement or refund. To do so, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence taken at the moment of unboxing, showing the condition of the item and the packaging.

Claims made without visual proof or submitted after the unboxing will not be accepted.

How to Submit a Claim

To report a damaged item, please contact us at info@edenatelier.it within 48 hours of delivery and include: Photos or video taken during unboxing, your order number, a brief description of the issue. We will review the case and contact you with the next steps.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or claims for: Items damaged after unboxing, items returned without original packaging, claims without photographic or video documentation.
